Poker Club HQ Help

Welcome to the Poker Club HQ help website!

Timer screen

Poker Club HQ is a cross-platform hub for running and growing a poker club or league. Manage structures, chips, registration, seating, and table balancing, with a customizable timer and QR sharing to keep all screens in sync. Track buy-ins, rebuys, bounties, and chops, use drag-and-drop seating with assisted balancing, and review everything with full undo/redo and exportable stats.

Poker Club HQ is currently in beta, available on iPhones and iPads, Android phones and tablets, and on the web.

The latest beta version supports the following features

Section titled “The latest beta version supports the following features”
  • Creates high quality blind structures for tournaments of any size.
  • Blind levels can also be created manually with complete flexibility.
  • Supports entry of chip sets with customizable values and colors, and ability to import your own chip images.
  • Supports big blind antes, standard antes, or no antes.
  • Includes a full screen timer that maximizes the size of the timer and blind values, and shows upcoming blinds and breaks, the average stack size per player, and estimated tournament end time — and can be customized to show just the information you want.
  • Supports player and table management:
    • Add players to your tournament, or import them from another tournament.
    • Uses a new flexible seating algorithm that supports seating players randomly across multiple tables, and when seating groups of players, supports seating them at separate tables if possible, or nonadjacent seats at the same table.
    • A new table view that shows all tables with the players and open seats at each table, and allows players to be drag-dropped between seats at a table or between tables.
    • Warns when tables are out of balance or can be consolidated, and helps with resolving each situation. Keeps track of how many times each player has been used for balancing tables and warns if they are picked again.
  • Keeps a detailed log of player buy-ins, addons, rebuys, reentries, knockouts, breaks, blinds, timer pauses and resumes, and the total play time for each player.
  • A new Stats screen that shows each player’s finishing place, total amount paid, total chips received, total play time, and number of players they knocked out. And supports exporting the data as a CSV file for use in Excel or another spreadsheet app.
  • A payouts screen for calculating and customizing payout percentages and amounts.
  • A new Replay screen to visualize the entire tournament as players are seated, tables are balanced and consolidated, showing every step to the tournament to conclusion.
  • A new account feature to securely back up your tournaments to the cloud and share them between devices, with real-time syncing of changes.

In the next few months we’ll be adding support for:

  • The ability to add custom tournament and player stats you want to track and view in reports.
  • The ability to view club wide and individual player stats, reports, and graphs compiled from multiple tournaments and seasons.
