Tournament log
The Log screen keeps a detailed, timestamped record of everything that happens in your tournament.
What gets logged
Section titled “What gets logged”Every significant event is automatically recorded:
- Timer events — Timer started, paused, and total play time
- Level changes — Blind increases and break starts, including the new blind values and duration
- Buy-ins — Player name, chip amount, and cost
- Addons — Player name, chips added, and cost
- Rebuys / Reentries — Player name, new chip amount, and cost
- Knockouts — Who was eliminated and by whom
- Removals — Players who left the game
- Seating changes — Table and seat assignments
- Bounty chips — Bounty chip purchases with player names and costs
Viewing the log
Section titled “Viewing the log”Entries are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first), grouped by timestamp. Each entry shows:
- Icon — A type-specific icon (timer, cards, person, etc.)
- Title — Description of the event (e.g., “John eliminated by Sally”)
- Subtitle — Additional details like chip and cost amounts
Undo and redo
Section titled “Undo and redo”Player-related log entries (buy-ins, addons, rebuys, knockouts, removals, seating, bounty chip purchases) can be undone and redone.
- Undo — Tap the undo button in the app bar to reverse the most recent player action. The entry stays in the log but is marked as disabled (shown with reduced opacity).
- Redo — Tap the redo button to restore a previously undone entry.
These buttons only appear when there are actions available to undo or redo.
Replay
Section titled “Replay”When the timer is paused and the log has entries, a “Replay” floating action button appears at the bottom of the Log screen. Tap it to open the Replay view. See Replay for details on stepping through your tournament visually.
