Tournament log

The Log screen keeps a detailed, timestamped record of everything that happens in your tournament.

Every significant event is automatically recorded:

  • Timer events — Timer started, paused, and total play time
  • Level changes — Blind increases and break starts, including the new blind values and duration
  • Buy-ins — Player name, chip amount, and cost
  • Addons — Player name, chips added, and cost
  • Rebuys / Reentries — Player name, new chip amount, and cost
  • Knockouts — Who was eliminated and by whom
  • Removals — Players who left the game
  • Seating changes — Table and seat assignments
  • Bounty chips — Bounty chip purchases with player names and costs

Entries are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first), grouped by timestamp. Each entry shows:

  • Icon — A type-specific icon (timer, cards, person, etc.)
  • Title — Description of the event (e.g., “John eliminated by Sally”)
  • Subtitle — Additional details like chip and cost amounts

Player-related log entries (buy-ins, addons, rebuys, knockouts, removals, seating, bounty chip purchases) can be undone and redone.

  • Undo — Tap the undo button in the app bar to reverse the most recent player action. The entry stays in the log but is marked as disabled (shown with reduced opacity).
  • Redo — Tap the redo button to restore a previously undone entry.

These buttons only appear when there are actions available to undo or redo.

When the timer is paused and the log has entries, a “Replay” floating action button appears at the bottom of the Log screen. Tap it to open the Replay view. See Replay for details on stepping through your tournament visually.
