Timer screen
The timer screen is where you spend most of your time while running a tournament. It shows the current blind level, countdown clock, and upcoming levels at a glance.
Timer layout
Section titled “Timer layout”The timer screen displays the following information:
- Tournament title at the top
- Current level name (e.g., “Level 1” or “Break”)
- Blind values — small blind, big blind, and ante (if applicable)
- Countdown clock — large, easy-to-read timer for the current level
- Next level preview — shows what’s coming up after the current level
- Misc info — player count, average stack, and estimated end time
Here’s the timer screen before the tournament starts, showing the pregame countdown with chip set:
When the timer is running, the play button changes to a pause button and the countdown ticks down:
Play, pause, and level controls
Section titled “Play, pause, and level controls”The bottom navigation bar has five controls:
- Adjust timer (clock icon) — Opens a duration picker so you can add or subtract time from the current level. Only available when the timer is paused.
- Previous level (skip back) — Jumps to the previous level or resets the current level to its starting time. Long-press to open a “Go to Level” menu.
- Play / Pause (center button) — Starts or pauses the timer. Long-press to open the “Go to Level” menu.
- Next level (skip forward) — Advances to the next level. Long-press for the “Go to Level” menu.
- Reset (history icon) — Resets the entire tournament back to its initial state (with confirmation). Only available when the timer is paused.
Minimal mode
Section titled “Minimal mode”Tap anywhere on the timer display to toggle minimal mode. In minimal mode, the bottom navigation bar and floating action button are hidden, giving the timer maximum screen space. A small back button and menu button appear in the top corners.
This is ideal when projecting the timer on a large screen — players see only the essential information without distracting controls. In landscape, chips move to the right side to make the most of the wider display:
Tap the screen again to bring back the full controls.
Navigation drawer
Section titled “Navigation drawer”Swipe from the left edge or tap the menu icon to open the navigation drawer. From here you can quickly jump to any tournament screen:
The drawer includes compact timer controls at the top so you can manage the timer without closing the drawer. When the timer is running, the drawer shows the current level and time remaining:
The navigation items are:
- Timer screen
- Settings
- Blind structure
- Players
- Tables
- Payouts
- Log
- Stats
- Alerts
What the timer shows
Section titled “What the timer shows”The timer display is fully customizable. By default it shows:
