Replay

The Replay screen lets you step through your entire tournament event by event, watching how players were seated, moved, and eliminated over time.

From the Log screen, tap the “Replay” floating action button. This button appears when the timer is paused and the log contains entries.

The replay screen has a table visualization at the top and a scrollable event list at the bottom. Five playback controls sit between them:

  • Restart — Jump back to the very first log entry
  • Previous — Step back one entry
  • Play / Pause — Auto-advance through entries at the selected speed
  • Next — Step forward one entry
  • Speed selector — Choose playback speed: 1x, 2x, 4x, or 8x

As you step through events, the table display updates in real time to show:

  • Which tables are active
  • Where each player is seated
  • Player chip counts
  • Eliminations and seating changes

Animated chip particles provide visual flair as the tournament progresses. Animations are enabled for tournaments with up to 1,000 players.

The scrollable picker at the bottom shows each log entry in order. Scroll to jump directly to any point in the tournament. Only enabled entries are shown — entries that have been undone are skipped.

Replay is useful for:

  • Reviewing decisions — Step through seating and balancing moves to evaluate fairness
  • Spotting issues — Find where table balance went wrong or where a player was moved too many times
  • Entertainment — Watch the tournament unfold after it’s over, or show it on a projector during the awards
